Area basis: the total gross floor area of the dwelling to be certified, across all floors. The area used for the quotation must be confirmed; your estimate is not a verified measurement.
No guaranteed PEB rating; no building-condition survey or renovation specification.
The quotation sets out any charges for work outside the standard scope. Additional work requires prior agreement.
